Do you carry hair on hand?

Unfortunately, no. Due to safety matters and storage purposes. All inventory is in safe keeping of our licensed private vendor. 

In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will you cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees.

No, it is HIGHLY recommended to patiently wait for your order to arrive BEFORE scheduling your appointment. Policies still apply fitting to circumstances.



 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed, we immediately begin fulfillment of the order. It may not be refunded/exchanged. We encourage customers to view their order details making sure address is correct and have certainty of their order before submitting. 

How long does it take for me to recieve my order?

It takes 2-3 business day(s) for order fulfillment.  All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail with signature requirement. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. 

All services and merchandise are FINAL...no refunds/no exchanges.
